Damian Plange (1968)
Chief Financial Officer, CFO
Mr. Plange is responsible for all financial & commercial operational agendas of Cycleenergy Group's operating companies. Mr. Plange has an extensive experience of over 12 years in finance & accountancy, auditing, reporting, venture capital financing and restructuring due to his different management assignments from Project Manager to CEO in various industries in Germany, Austria and Eastern Europe. Mr. Plange holds the doctorate degree in international accounting & auditing, investment finance and statistics and the CPA title [US GAAP].
Christoph Haimberger (1973)
Director Corperate Finance
Mr. Haimberger is responsible for fund raising, project finance and deal structuring. Mr. Haimberger has more than 10 years of experience in the private equity and investment management sector, both on a consulting and managing level. He has been working for Austria’s leading venture capital and private equity company and KPMG in transaction management and project evaluation. Mr. Haimberger brings to Cycleenergy expertise in Finance and Pre-IPO management.
Andreas Buchegger (1977)
Reporting & Investor Relations
Mr. Buchegger is responsible for reporting, project planning, fund raising and project finance support. Mr. Buchegger graduated at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. He has been part of the Cycleenergy team since the company was founded. Prior to joining Cycleenergy Mr. Buchegger worked as an analyst for a German stock exchange information service company and as a financial consultant at Business Consultancies.
Beatrice Steinböck (1990)
Bookkeeping
Ms. Steinböck is responsible for Cycleenergy Group bookkeeping. Before she joint Cycleenergy, she worked for a tax consultant.
