• Chairman – Dr. Joseph Wildburger. 
  Dr. Wildburger is the founder of KWI Consultants and Engineers AG, an engineering firm with 18 years of experience in power plant and civil engineering construction projects, as well as JI/CDM projects in Europe, Africa and China.  Dr. Wildburger is also a co-founder of Camco, a carbon trading firm listed on London’s AIM exchange.

  Mr. Mäki is Managing Director of 3TS Capital Partners, a leading private equity and venture capital firm in Central and Eastern Europe, with offices in Budapest, Prague, Vienna and Warsaw.

  Mr. Fischer is an attorney at law at Gassauer-Fleissner Attorneys, an Austrian law firm.
