Karl Gruber (38), Senior Manager, Technology. Mr. Gruber has more than 10 years of experience in planning and consulting for biomass plants and was responsible for the technical aspects of the construction of more than 170MW of renewable energy. In addition he has been working as a consultant on energy projects in several CEE countries and in the US for both public organisations and international companies.
Roman Fink (39), Senior Manager, Raw Materials Supply. Mr. Fink brings 12 years of experience in forest product supply and logistics. For the past five years, Mr. Fink built the entire biomass logistics and supply chain for a large Vienna power plant. He also managed the rail cargo logistics of all Austrian log shipments for the Österreichische Bundesforste AG. Mr. Fink holds a degree in Forestry from the Agricultural University Vienna.
